Born in 1992 in Poland, Karolina Orzelek graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Paris in 2016. She lives and works in Paris. She has won several awards including the Prix Sisley/Beaux-Arts de Paris in 2020.
Karolina Orzelek explores the perception of reality and the contradictions that play out in it. From her personal archives, she reconstructs silent universes, between dream and fantasy, between memory and expectation, reality appears as if augmented in a kind of solarization of colors.
